Open Grown-ups in the game, pass the maths gate, and tap Restore purchase. The purchase belongs to the store account that bought it, so use the same Apple Account or Google account on the new device. If it still will not restore, email us with your receipt and we will sort it out.
Yes, always. Everything works in aeroplane mode: all ten levels, every question, the collection and the settings. There is nothing to download after you install it.
Open Grown-ups and choose Delete everything. Because nothing ever leaves the device, that is genuinely all of it — there is no copy anywhere else for us to erase. You can also export a copy first.
The game adjusts itself as your child plays: three correct answers in a row and it steps up, two wrong and it eases back. If it started in the wrong place, make a new digger and choose a different age group — that sets the starting point.
Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them. Australian Consumer Law rights apply regardless of store policy. Email us if you are stuck and we will help you chase it.
Tell us the device, roughly what happened, and what you saw. Screenshots help. There is no crash reporting in these apps, so your email is genuinely the only way we find out.
